Nine Days

THE GIST: An auditor has nine days to conduct a series of interviews with different candidate souls for a chance to be born into the world.

Nine Days is a drama with a flair of fantasy that doesn't involve any magic or time travel or anything like that. It's all actually very down-to-earth (no pun intended).

Winston Duke gives a very contained performance, flanked by a lovely Zazie Beetz, Benedict Wong, Tony Hale, David Rysdahl, Arianna Ortiz, and Bill Skarsgård.

THE BOTTOM LINE: A very well-structured film that showcases some excellent talent. Definitely recommended.
