Poor George. We broke his heart :-(

I read this article yesterday and this rubbed me the wrong way:
Two-thirds of Americans think President George W Bush could have done more to tackle the floods and damage in the south, one opinion poll suggests.

One member of Mr Bush's staff said such allegations "broke his heart".
Oh, really, poor George is hurt? We are so unjust on him. And so hard. I mean, his vacation had already been vastly ruined by Cindy Sheehan's shenanigans, and then this damn hurricane had to come by and force him to go back to work. By Golly!! There is no justice in this world. And now everyone's ganging up on George in spite of him having visited the place three times already. I mean, he even took pictures with some of those poor, black people down there, surrounded by firemen.

It's so sickening and absurd. He feels hurt, ah? What about the hundreds or thousands who died because he didn't cut his vacation shorter than two days after the storm hit, to take charge and show he can lead even when there is no oil to be stolen or elections to win?

After 9/11, he showed us he was in charge because he needed us to support his oil-war in Iraq.

Last year, Florida was hit by 4 big hurricanes. The response was immediate and overwhelming. Damages and deaths were kept to a minimum. Why? Because he needed to win Florida in order to win the White House.

Now, he's done, he doesn't need anything or anyone anymore, and he certainly doesn't need to help a bunch of poor and blacks down there in Louisiana, which is in Democratic hands.

Sick bastard.
