A Year in Movies

I realized I forgot to post the list of movies I watched in 2015, so here it is:

9
12 Years a Slave
American Hustle
American Sniper
Birdman: Or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)
Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief
Gone Girl
Interstellar
Selma
The Grand Budapest Hotel
The Imitation Game
The Normal Heart
The Theory of Everything
Whiplash
8
Buried
Captain America: The First Avenger
Citizenfour
Dallas Buyers Club
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Edge of Tomorrow
Europa Europa
Her
Into the Woods
Io Sono l'Amore (I Am Love)
La Mission
Man of Steel
Mr. Turner
Night Will Fall
Nightcrawler
Pride
Still Alice
The Impossible
Two Days, One Night
Unbroken
Wild
X-Men: Days of Future Past
7
Bessie
Boyhood
Silent Running
Tales of the Grim Sleeper
The Judge
6
Foxcatcher
Nashville
P.S. I Love You
The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies
5
The Purge
2
Inherent Vice

Overall, I would say a very good crop of films. Out of 46 titles, only two failures and a whopping 35 earned very good grades.

If I had to pick my top five, they'd be:
12 Years a Slave
American Sniper
Birdman: Or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)
The Imitation Game
Whiplash
And my favorite movie of 2015 was The Imitation Game.
