The Gist: District 13's President Coin is tightening the noose around President Snow and his forces. Katniss is still her secret weapon, but she's tough to control. Her resentment towards Snow grows even deeper after she sees what he did to Peeta. The final offensive will see heavy casualties on both sides. Afterwards, Katniss will realize that not everything is what it seems, and she'll have some tough decisions to make.The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 completes the Games saga with some major action pieces and a complex plot that ultimately delivers some much needed closure.
Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson have, by this point, fully come to inhabit their characters. The same can be said for Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Hemsworth, Julianne Moore, Jeffrey Wright, Stanley Tucci, Natalie Dormer, and the late Philip Seymour-Hoffman.
The Bottom Line: If you've been watching the Games movies (go here for parts one, two, and three) then whether to watch this one or not is a no-brainer. If you haven't and are looking for some good entertainment, then you might do a lot worse than this series, so why not give it a try?
