The Gist: When an alien escapes from prison and goes back in time to kill Agent K, the timeline changes but only Agent J seems to realize it. He will have to travel back in time himself to fix the timeline before Earth is destroyed by an alien invasion.Men in Black 3's plot-line is a bit convoluted, as time travel stories often are, but the execution is solid. Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, perfectly cast in their roles, are joined by Josh Brolin, who very effectively plays the younger Agent K.
As one would expect, the visual effects are terrific, and the many new gadgets showcased are amazing.
The Bottom Line: Third time is still the charm for this hot property that benefits from a well-constructed and rather original plot. If you are a fan of the series, you won't be disappointed.
